Each session is designed to fit your authentic needs.
In meeting all of the facets of your multidimensional self where they need to be met,
there is a space that is created to assist you in aligning to your truest self.
This space also allows for the unwinding and releasing of that which has stood in the way.
The body keeps the score and the soul doesn’t forget.
The overall intention is to bringing your physical and subtle energy systems into resonance with one another.

Body & Energy work

60 minutes of in-person work on the table. The Seven Rays approach is to intuit what your body/mind/spirit need, utilizing a variety of modalities -such as: Usui Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Medicinal Massage & Myofascial Release. The intention is to help you align and unwind.

90 minutes of in-person work to take your healing to a whole other level. Choose between the Seven Ray’s Approach (Craniosacral, Myofascial, Reiki, & Light Massage) or Reiki with either a card reading or trapped emotion release.
(Additional tools may be used to ensure you are receiving the highest level of healing, such as aura sweeping, sound healing, crystal healing, trapped emotion release, and any other techniques we are guided to use.)
Craniosacral Therapy (CST)- a gentle approach to balancing the Central Nervous System by bringing the rhythm of the cerebral spinal fluid into alignment.
Usui Reiki- an ancient healing modality intended to balance the chakras and auric body by channeling universal life force energy.
Myofascial Release- a subtle approach to unwinding the connective tissue that webs the entire body, a fluid matrix known as the fascial system.
Medicinal Massage- a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques are applied to specific muscle groups of the body needing released. *Not a full-body massage.
The Seven Rays Approach is a combination of these modalities, designed the communication of needs by your body, mind, and spirit.
DISTANCE REIKI
Time is not linear and neither is our existence. Reiki has the ability to travel through distance, time, and space, and so does my ability to tap into you from afar.
A Distance Reiki session may include: 1-3 card tarot reading, as well as guided meditation to help prepare you to open to receive channeled energy.

What should i expect during reiki?
Everyone’s experience is their own when it comes to receiving reiki. Most experience a deep state of relaxation, sometime accompanied by tingling sensations or heat. Some may experience seeing different colors come across their mind’s eye and other visual experiences as well. There is no standard experience with the exception of an overall sensation of relief.
what should I wear?
Loose clothing is ideal for receiving Craniosacral and Reiki. You may underdress to your comfort level when receiving Myofascial Release and Massage Therapy, you will be covered at all times by a sheet and blanket, only that which is being worked on in the moment will be exposed.

My studio is located in the Aksarben neighborhood in Omaha, NE.
