Hi, I’m Christina
I came to this work through a deep knowing that I am here to serve this planet by way of helping others heal. This is something I knew from a very young age and I have spent the majority of my life in service to this.
As a child, I understood that there was so much more to life than what we were shaped to believe, and if we make the choice to really allow ourselves to see, the beauty and true meaning of this existence will set our souls free.
Life tends to provide those who are designed for a path of this nature with plenty of need to first do their own work to heal. The trials and tribulations that I have faced along this journey, as well as the ever-growing curiosity and love I have for life- from the start of my star seed taking root on this planet to this present day, present timeline, and present body- have been a blessing in assisting me to be the multifaceted spectrum of light, knowledge and wisdom ready to serve those before me.
my background and education
I began my journey into metaphysical bodywork through attending the Universal College of Healing Arts, in Omaha, NE in 2006. Through UCHA I became a licensed and board-certified Massage Therapist. Massage was my first love. The feeling that I received from providing that level of comfort and care helped me to know that I was on the right track.
From there I began studying Usui Reiki under my lifelong teacher and friend, Tonya Wright. I received my first level attunement in 2009 and my Reiki Master attunement in 2019. My teacher and I believe Reiki attunements are not something to be rushed, but instead a journey to savor and truly master before moving along the next step in the path. You must first master the ability to reiki yourself, plants and animals before your fellow human. Working with your own energy is vital in being a clear channel for others.And, this is a continuous process and commitment -a lifelong one, to be clear.
I began studying Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy under Douglas Lee-Regier, which led me to continue my study through the Upledger Institute. Craniosacral is a true calling, along with the rest, that has lit me up and inspired me to know more about the mind/body/spirit connection to healing -as well as the innate ability we have to heal.
the work
Our innate ability to heal through tapping into the matrix of light and emotion that we truly are, is providing me with a life of discovery, astonishment and wonder!
It’s as though I can tune to and touch a cord within my client’s body that holds all of their existence and follow its lead, while bathing them in the light of the Universe. Through that I am able to help them unwind and release, and communicate with all parts of themselves -their true selves.
That is what the Metaphysical Bodywork I offer is all about.
Through years of meditation, and the ability to tune to others energies, I have found another calling -this time in facilitating mediation. I have created a curriculum of meditation for those whose intent is to dive deep into self discovery, while also offering techniques for those who simply want to add another tool to their belt for how to simply be in this world. I believe meditation is for everyone. My desire is to provide the opportunity for anyone who wishes to keep it as simple, or go as deep, as they want in their journey of self discovery through meditation.
